Seasonals and Small Batch
What do you get when you harvest your own yeast culture from a tree branch out back, toss in a special blend of citrus-forward fruity hops, and let nature take over? A seriously awesome, as-local-as-it-gets, Wild IPA. Part of our Nature of the Beast wild series.
Brewed with dried hibiscus flowers, it's lightly sweet and lightly pink with a floral finish. Available during the summer and early fall.
Our light, malty American IPA, with Cascade and Amarillo hops for a citrus fruit flavor. A go-to for summer deck-sitting!
Our take on the summer wheat we all know and love. We've added peaches for a light fruity taste and a hint of ginger to liven it up, and we think it's pretty darn delicious.
Everything you love about the holiday season in one glass: vanilla, molasses, Winter-y spices, fresh ginger root....and beer. This delicious English brown ale is sure to knock your stockings off!
An earthy IPA with a nice malt presence, we add EKG hops to give this beer a unique English flavor.
Rich, creamy, and delicious. This dark stout has a whole lot of flavor with just a hint of chocolate. If you're lucky, you might catch this beer on the nitro tap, for a smooth ride into beer heaven.
A flavorful blonde ale to bring in the summer. Lightly hopped with Hallertauer hops for a pleasant floral aroma. With a low ABV, you can keep sipping on these for hours. Easy drinkin'.
Our flagship beer. A smooth Irish Red Ale with precise, true to tradition flavor named for the distinctive rock formation in Chimney Rock State Park. Hopped with East Kent Golding (EKG) hops.
Extra Special Bitter, English Style Beer. Get it? Delicious balanced flavor between hoppy and malty, we dry hop this beer in the cask for two-three weeks before serving it English-Style from a cask at 50 degrees F.
Named for the owner's wife, Merri, this lovely barleywine is balanced with a smooth finish and a touch of sweet. Served English style from a cask at 50 degrees F.
Smooth, delicious, and refreshing. It rests on toasted coconut to give this porter a stand out flavor.
